A Marrakech accessible tour needs honest planning. The old medina has uneven streets, steps and crowds, and it is hard for wheelchairs. We do not hide that, and we plan a different kind of day.
We choose places with easier ground, shade and seating, and use a car or calèche between them. Prices start from €45 per person. You book now and pay on the day.
An honest look at accessibility in Marrakech
Narrow lanes, steps, broken paving and busy traffic make the medina difficult for many people. Wheelchairs and walking frames struggle in the souks. We would rather tell you this now than surprise you on the day.
Some places are much easier, such as the Koutoubia gardens and the paths of Majorelle Garden. Therefore, we build the route around them and avoid the hardest parts.
2A tour at your pace, with a car or calèche
Between stops, you travel by car or by calèche, so you walk less. The tour lasts about three hours, and there are frequent seats, cold drinks and breaks. Nobody rushes you.
Before the day, we ask about your needs, including any wheelchair or walking aid. We then plan the route together. If a stop is not suitable, we say so, and we offer a better option.

A calm visit without harassment or pressure
Crowds and pushy sellers are hard enough on foot, and harder with a mobility aid. Your licensed guide politely keeps touts and fake guides away, so you can concentrate on the place and the people with you.
We do not use commission shops, so nobody leads you into a store at the end of a lane. You decide where to stop. Your guide also gives honest advice if you want to shop.
Your guide: local, licensed and patient
Your private guide is a licensed local who speaks English. They are patient, they check how you are feeling and they adjust the route as you go. They are not a medical carer, and the tour does not include personal assistance.
If you travel with a companion who helps you, they are welcome to join. Ask us if you prefer a female guide, and we will tell you honestly whether one is available.

5Practical details: meeting point, timing and comfort
We collect you from your riad or hotel where a car can reach, or meet at the nearest accessible point. Morning is usually best, because it is cooler and quieter. Tell us if you need a ramp, a larger vehicle or extra time.
Wear light, comfortable clothes and a hat. Bring any medication you need, and drink water regularly. We stop for tea or a cold drink before we take you back.
